Free delivery on orders of $100 or more (before tax). The delivery charge drops to $0 automatically at checkout.
Pickup
Once your order is ready, we'll text or call you at the number you gave at checkout to set a pickup time and share the location in Ottawa.
Ottawa/Gatineau area delivery
We deliver ourselves in Ottawa, Gatineau and nearby areas. We'll contact you to agree on a time. If your address is outside our local area, we'll get in touch and send your order by mail instead.
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days with Canada Post. You'll get a tracking number once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer for remote areas or during holidays.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you don't have it, message us within 48 hours with your order email and a photo if possible. We'll make it right. See our returns policy for details.
