Said Products Inc. ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the details of your order.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order
- To contact you about your order, pickup or delivery
- To handle returns and refunds
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires
We don't sell your information, and we don't send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop:
- Stripe, for payments and receipts
- Canada Post, when your order is mailed
- Netlify, which hosts this website
These companies may store information outside Canada, for example in the United States, and are subject to the laws there.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your shopping bag is saved only in your own browser so it's still there if you come back. Stripe uses its own cookies on the checkout page to keep payments secure.
How long we keep it
We keep order information as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations, generally six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to what we must keep by law. To make a request, or if you have a question or concern about privacy, message us on Instagram at @saidproducts.
